Jack Wilkins is the Director of Jazz Studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa. An accomplished jazz saxophonist, Jack has 2 CD’s out as a leader and appears as a sideman on a number of other jazz and commercial recordings.

Jack’s latest CD, Ridgelines, is on the Clavebop label and has been selected to be featured on the JazzSouth Radio program which focuses on southern jazz artists and is heard on over 70 radio stations in the US and abroad.

Jack Wilkins has also been selected as a member of the International Association for Jazz Education Resource Team, providing expert advice and counsel to the 10,000 plus members of that association.

In addition to his teaching at USF, Jack Wilkins serves on the Faculty of the Jamey Aebersold Summer Jazz Workshops, teaches at the Jazzwise Summer workshops in London, and is a Selmer Instrument Company Artist/Clinician.
